Description We are on the search for an HR Director to join our team in the renewable energy industry located in Houston, Texas. As an HR Director, you will play a key role in managing our HR operations and aligning our people agenda with our business goals. You will also be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR team to ensure efficient operations

• Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent

• Implement performance evaluations and manage promotions

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity

• Translate business strategy into people initiatives to align with organizational goals

• Implement and monitor HR metrics for strategic decision-making

• Lead the strategic people agenda to facilitate the achievement of business goals

• Ensure compliance with labor law and HR best practices

• Manage HR budgeting to ensure optimal allocation of resources

• Utilize HR systems and databases to streamline HR processes and reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as HR Director or Senior HR Manager

• Demonstrated expertise with HRMS (Human Resources Management System)

• Proven experience in managing HR budgeting and HR compliance

• Strong knowledge of HR metrics and HR reporting

• Experience in managing and developing HR departments

• Proficiency in HR leadership, HR development, and HR strategy

• Proficiency in handling employee relations and C-Suite communication

• Strong understanding and experience in managing HR policies

• Demonstrated experience with benefit functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

• Strong understanding of HR-related software and systems.
