OfficeCoordinatorResponsibilities:**

• Oversight of all office positions
• Leadership and training for office staff
• Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation

• Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

• Experience

  • Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred.

• Education

  • Bachelors degree preferred, High school diploma/ GED accepted.
• Skills
  • Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills.
• Characteristics
  • This is an autonomous position, so were looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
