Job Description Summary:

Come join the Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston and love where you work! It's the first Margaritaville in Texas and we welcome you to the one and only lake resort on Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas.

Job Description:

BASIC FUNCTION: Daily operation of the Bag Drop, Staging Area, Practice Range, and Cart Barn. Cart Attendants must make sure golfers are welcomed, and their bags are properly attended to.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Must be at least16 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Pleasant personality.

  • Flexible with work schedule. Weekends and holidays required.

  • Knowledge of property and surrounding area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet each guest (with a smile and warm welcome) when they arrive, and when they finish their round. Promptly load/unload golfers bags from the Bag Drop, Bag room, and Guest Services area. No guest will carry his or her own bag. Clean golf clubs as they come in from a round or practice. Keep the Staging Area stocked with carts. Maintain the Practice Range. Follow the instruction of the Professional Staff during outings and tournaments. Maintain a neat, clean work area at all times.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by Manager. May help out in Pro Shop.

ENVIRONMENT:

Required to spend most of the time outdoors. Schedule may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
