Sodexo is seeking a talented Food Service Manager 2 to support K-12 Food Services programs at International Leadership of Texas i n the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area - covering Houston, College Station and Cleveland! In partnership with Sodexo Schools Division , our Food Service Manager will continually support the nutrition needs of students, always striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. Our Food Service Manager implements quality improvements and communicates changes throughout the department; collaborates daily with school kitchen staff and school administration to ensure program program compliance.

Is this the Opportunity you have been seeking? This Food Service Manager will:

• Support Sodexo Food Services to ensure student nutrition needs are met with high levels of customer satisfaction

• Contribute to strong positive client relationships while meeting contractual obligations to ensure account retention

• Promote and educate others on food and nutrition programs according to Sodexo standards and policies

• Collaborate and communicate with the management team on established processes and apprise leadership of potential problems

• Help to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as Sodexo/MPS policies and procedures for quality assurance and safety

• Follow operating standards, implement quality improvements, and communicate changes as appropriate

• Continuously improve unit financial outcomes as a result of compliance with product standards and specifications, menu management, and contract specifications

• Manage, support, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with core menus, proper use of ingredients, and recipe standards

• Promote an environment of innovation and growth by bringing new ideas, procedures, and products into the unit.
