The Opportunity
As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you are expected to work as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, focusing on Duck Creek policy, billing, or claims. As a Senior Associate, you are to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are responsible for partnering with product owners, analyzing and documenting product needs, and collaborating on analysis with stakeholders.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek policy, billing or claims
AICPCU Certifications - Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Business Analyst (CBAP) or Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) preferred
Functional subject matter knowledge in business analysis
Partnering with product owner for product needs analysis
Experience with various project lifecycle processes
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance
Experience with insurance business applications
Writing and designing process maps, preparing business requirements
Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
