Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Director of Accounting in Houston, Texas. This role is situated in a dynamic environment and is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems such as BlackLine and Concur for streamlining accounting processes.

• Monitor and manage the company's budget processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other related functions.

• Leverage the CRM system for managing customer relationships and enhancing customer service.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information.

• Implement and manage accounting functions in accordance with industry best practices.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy in accounting records and financial reports. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Expertise in using BlackLine

• Experience with Concur

• Knowledge of CRM

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes
