This position is supervisory and has direct reports. This role is responsible for the overall management of multiple loan management functions within Situs Asset Management (SAM). This individual is expected to mentor staff, address escalations, regularly assess portfolio assignments to ensure appropriate distribution of work based on experience level, portfolio complexity and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; resolution of issues and escalations. This position involves a high level of interaction with senior leadership and internal management and is expected to provide strategic direction in the day-to-day operation of the vertical. Working to implement the current strategic plan while planning towards a greater vision is critical to this role.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of loan management leads, fostering a culture of internal cooperation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.

• Provide guidance to loan management leads and staff regarding the review of servicing agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, loan agreements, commitment letters and other relevant legal documentation to determine servicing requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure tasks assigned to loan management personnel are completed timely and adhere to all internal control requirements and audit standards.

• Manage client expectations, serve as escalated point of contact for conflict resolution, process clarification and personnel issues; escalate to executive leadership where appropriate.

• Represent SitusAMC in resolving non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with both internal and external parties.

• Oversee loan management specific training for new hires and contribute to the design of content for continued education and required training hours for all primary servicing personnel.

• Stay abreast of changes in industry standards.

• Such other activities as may be required in the normal course of business.

• Perform other activities as assigned by management.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred field of study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 15+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a SVP level role or external equivalent.

• High comfort level with use of various industry related software systems

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to multitask

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Strong analytical abilities, good judgment, strategic and process thinking

• Detail oriented

• High degree of professionalism

• Ability to work as a team player

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$165,000.00 - $210,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
