We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service. As an Experienced Diesel Mechanic at Randstad, you will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance, diagnostic, and repair tasks on diesel-powered equipment. You will ensure that all machinery operates efficiently and reliably by adjusting equipment, repairing or replacing defective parts, and conducting routine maintenance. Your role will also involve diagnosing malfunctions, using computerized systems and testing equipment, and ensuring compliance with emission control systems.

salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 3 PM - 3 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Diesel Engines Service & Repair

• Diesel Truck Manual Transmission

• Diesel Truck Brake Systems & Chassis

• Diesel Truck Steering & Suspension Systems

• Automotive Climate Control Systems & Repair

• Diesel Hydraulic Systems

• Vehicle Electronic Systems & Technology

• Diesel Truck Transport Refrigeration

• Diesel Truck Preventative Maintenance

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 4 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
