Wea are Hiring a Data & Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer!

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Data Engineering and Management :

• Database Design & Techniques: Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable database structures to support both business operations and analytics

• ETL Processes: Design and manage efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for analytics and reporting

• Data Transformation: Convert raw data into actionable insights while ensuring alignment with newly established data governance and organizational structures

• Programming and Automation :

• Programming: Leverage programming languages such as SQL (strongly preferred) and Python (preferred) to automate workflows and analyze complex datasets

• Analytics Development and Reporting:

• Power BI Development: Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide critical insights for sales teams and leadership

• DAX Expertise: Craft advanced DAX calculations to deliver sophisticated metrics and analytics within Power BI

• User Support: Provide ongoing user support, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for reports and dashboards managed by the Sales Excellence team

• Cross-Functional Collaboration :

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Excellence Data Governance Lead, Master Data team, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align data strategies with evolving business needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in database design and management

• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and techniques

• Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX calculations

• Preferred experience in MS Power Automate

• Undergraduate degree in business Information Systems, Education, or a related field

• Customer facing interaction

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly

• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data security

Additional Information :

• Hybrid work 80-90%

• Travel requirement: 10-20%

Salary range:

$112,700.00 - $202,900.00
