RECRUITING SOURCE INTERNATIONAL Customer Service Representative II in Houston, Texas
Customer Service Representative II *Houston, TX 77054 *M-F 8am-5pm *Pay: $20.00/hr.
DESCRIPTION Good communication skills, coordinate appointments with families to discuss the relocation process. Make families reservations, coordinate appointment with moving company. Will perform other duties. Be able to prepare reports, and track relocation expenses. Perform daily operational tasks relocation expenses. Perform daily operational tasks. Be detailed orientated is a priority, be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be Bilingual Spanish/English. Know how to operate office equipment. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and comply with AP 2-2 policy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or a GED. EXPERIENCE: Two years of administrative or customer service related experience are required.
