Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, based in Houston, Texas. The Controller will play a crucial role in managing accounting software systems, financial services, and ERP solutions. This role will also require managing accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of accounting software systems and ERP solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage ADP - Financial Services and DCAA regulations to maintain compliance.

• Handle all accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.

• Oversee budget processes and ensure the company's financial resources are utilized effectively.

• Work in a small to mid-size company environment, providing hands-on experience in all facets of the business.

• Utilize skills in SAP and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline processes.

• Ensure all financial transactions and processes are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with various departments to create financial reports and statements.

• Develop and implement effective strategies for financial performance and growth. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with DCAA regulations and requirements

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with ERP Solutions

• Capable of handling all Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge in Auditing practices and principles

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Ability to work in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry

• Prior experience in a Controller role is beneficial

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
