What will you do in this role?
You will…
Plan, assess, and put the financial strategy into action.
Expand and manage accounting, reporting, banking, and FP&A operations.
Create and put into place financial and accounting controls, and make sure that mandated internal and external standards are being followed.
control the budgeting and forecasting process.
As required, offer high-level analysis and suggestions for corrective action.
Assess and report on the financial and risk impact of initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the president and ownership group.
Be a vital member of the executive team.
What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?
20+ years experience, with the most recent role as CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Controller
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Certified Public Accountant
Leadership in financial services companies with at least $200M revenue or $20M EBITDA
GAAP, SOX, SEC reporting experience, and relationship management with top-tier audit firms
Multi-entity consolidations expertise

Colorado residency is not required, but this hybrid position requires at least one week per month on-site in our Denver, Colorado headquarters
