Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Program Manager for a large manufacturing client located in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for managing multiple strategic programs critical to the business units strategic goals. The scope includes overseeing a portfolio of projects including and adjacent to customer facing digital applications, process automation and marketing technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in the execution and delivery of multiple projects that roll up into high visibility / high impact programs that support business strategies with strong skills in developing and overseeing multiple work plans. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for: optimizing program performance, resource and schedule management, multi-project oversight, program analysis and recommendations. Responsibilities will include performance management, resource allocation, reporting program outcomes, evaluating projects success.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of program management experience managing complex program systems with multiple, interdependent projects

3+ years of experience working with Ecommerce, marketing, systems, & marketing software

Experience working with high level stakeholders (VP and above)

Process Digitization and eCommerce: Experience in process digitalization and managing customer-facing eCommerce platforms or applications (taking processes they do manually and digitizing them with a software package)

Technology Application Experience: Preference for candidates who have managed customer-facing software development, eCommerce, or marketing technology projects Heavy E-commerce experience

Smartsheet experience

PMP

Certified six sigma green belt/black belt null
