Associate Professor Position in Organizational Behavior at Rice University

The Organizational Behavior (OB) faculty group in the Jones Graduate School of Business (JGSB) at Rice University in Houston, Texas, invites applications for one tenured Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior position. The appointment will commence on July 1, 2025. Successful candidates will produce interesting, high-quality research in organizational behavior, publish in top journals, and teach graduate and undergraduate courses in the field of OB.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR APPLICANTS

Candidates must have demonstrated achievement of excellence in scholarly research, top journal publications, and excellence of teaching in the field of OB. Applicants must have completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. in OB or related field by July 1st of the year employment commences.
