The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Accounts Receivable Colecations Specialist to our finance and accounting team]. As an Accounting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the growth and operation of business through the distribution, analysis, and review of financial documents and data.

What you'll be doing:

  • Performing timely and complete reviews of accounts payable data.

  • Accurately capturing, recording, and maintaining data.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.

  • Performing audits, including vendor verification, invoice coding, and timely receipt and approval of invoices.

  • Processing company owned credit cards using the bank reporting system.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least two years’ relevant work experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Associate’s degree or higher education.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP or similar systems.
