Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing inbound calls and scheduling appointments, as well as handling insurance verifications and customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling incoming calls and inquiries

• Schedule patient appointments in an efficient and timely manner

• Coordinate and manage patient records using EHR SYSTEM

• Handle insurance verifications, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient queries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Ensure patient charts and graphs are accurately maintained and updated

• Perform administrative duties such as filing and organizing patient records

• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare compliance regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in using EHR (Electronic Health Records) system for maintaining patient records

• Ability to efficiently answer inbound calls, ensuring quick response time and excellent communication skills

• Experience in creating charts and graphs for data representation and analysis

• Knowledge of insurance verifications to check patient coverage details and confirm procedural costs

• Strong customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and foster positive relationships

• Expertise in patient scheduling, managing appointments, and coordinating follow-ups.
