Salary Range: $79,100 - $102,800 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Sales and Commercial Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role as an agent of change within our organization. This position spans various responsibilities, from defining direction for key projects or initiative, understanding business processes, and providing and implementing digital and technical solutions to cover business needs. As a leader, the Business Analyst shapes program goals and requirements, driving continuous improvement in technology and processes. The role supports the NA COE, which includes Bimbo Bakeries USA and Bimbo Canada. Key Job Responsibilities: *Defining the strategy and plans to implement new digital and technological solutions. *Analyzing and documenting business processes. *Identifying the impact of changes across the organization and the impact of the changes in the sales system footprint. *Participating in the full cycle of construction of technical solutions: oIdentifying business needs and creating user histories that represent the capabilities required for the sales systems. oCreating the business and test case scenarios to ensure the application will cover properly the business needs. oSupport to the functional areas in User Acceptance Testing. oPreparation and Execution of Pilot and deployment of solutions. oActing as a second level of escalation as part of the ongoing Support. *Work with clients across business units within Corporate Grupo Bimbo and North America teams in BBU and Bimbo Canada.
Technical Skills: *Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions. *Data Collection: Ability to gather relevant data from various sources. *Project Management: Experience managing projects efficiently. *Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. *Tools and Methodologies: Familiarity with ITIL, PM Book, and tools like DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project.
Soft Skills: *Communication: Effective communication to convey insights and collaborate with stakeholders. *Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions. *Leadership Traits: Demonstrating leadership qualities when guiding decision-making and supporting company goals across departments. #LI-TN1

Education and Work History: *Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years in an analyst or higher role supporting multiple systems.
