Job Title: Medical Affairs Project Coordinator

Location: Horsham, PA

Joule is working with a large Pharmaceutical company to hire a Medical Affairs Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taking meeting notes, organizational skills, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be supporting several leaders in tracing, updating reports, managing SharePoint, etc.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a running tracker of all ongoing projects, status, considerations/potential flags

  • ? Outline project timelines and Roles & Responsibilities, closely follow status to ensure project(s) is on track, follow-up with responsible person and flag deviations and issues for leadership

  • Organize central SharePoint/Teams folder(s)

  • Design and roll out trackers for consistent capturing of information across teams

  • Fold together various team trackers for overarching view – project tracker, study tracker, congress tracker, etc. ?

  • ? Organize department/team meetings – map agendas, coordinate with presenters, run slides, follow-up on action items

    Key Competencies:

  • Highly proficient with Excel – creating sheets, leveraging formulas, merging sheets, creating summary/pivot tables

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint ? Technologically inclined to learn additional system/platforms and lead teams through use (i.e. Microsoft Forms)

  • Intrinsic organizer, self-starter, finds value in keeping teams and team members organized and projects on time and within scope

  • Proactive – doesn’t wait for a list of requests, identifies areas needing organizing and proposes potential solutions, displays ownership of core responsibilities
