Job Title: Industrial Painter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various painting tasks within our manufacturing environment, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. This role involves working with a variety of materials, including printed circuit boards, acrylic panels, and metal panels.
Responsibilities
Masking, coating, unmasking, and inspecting printed circuit boards.
Mixing paint and maintaining spray equipment.
Spray painting small parts and preparing parts for painting.
Working with acrylic panels and maintaining spray equipment.
Silk-screening, stenciling (airbrush), and applying clear finish coats.
Spray painting small to medium-sized metal panels and masking finishes as required.
Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year of industrial/manufacturing/tech school painting experience.
Experience with spray guns and all prep work, including sanding and detailing.
Attention to detail.
Capable of communicating effectively with others.
Basic understanding of paint.
Must have a high school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
Our facility is a clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit environment. The first shift operates from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. As a mid-sized company with approximately 75 employees, we foster a collaborative and supportive workplace. The paint department consists of 12 dedicated team members, working in a well-maintained and organized space.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HORSHAM, Pennsylvania.
