In this role, you will be responsible for:

Accountable for the strategy and development, and long-term management of Pan-JJIM learning metrics, KPIs, and analytics, tying learning investments to specific business outcomes. Leveraging data from multiple sources (e.g., HR, TA/business, Learning) to help inform future needs of learners, prioritization of learning demand planning, and enhancement of JJIM L&D COE Pan-JJIM capability offerings to drive competitiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency across JJIM.

  • Lead the strategic conversations with business partners with the COE to determine the overall strategy for measuring learner performance and the quality and effectiveness of programs.

  • Create the core data architecture and ecosystem for tracking and reporting all learning at JJIM and validate that this architecture can be future-proofed to support key questions from HR and the Business.

  • Determine standardization of metrics, analytics and reporting for learning in alignment with J&J Learn standards to tie JJIM L&D COE investments to specific business outcomes

  • Drive the use of actionable insights, rooted in analytics, to demonstrate commercial effectiveness and/or to identify opportunity areas.

  • Organize and present metrics (operations, effectives, cost saving/value, etc) in a way that allows Learning Leaders to reinforce the impact and value of program with key stakeholders and identify opportunity areas.

  • Manage an analytical pipeline that balances strategic need with complexity of analysis to deliver timely data-driven insights

  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new areas for alignment, products, business processes and/or increase user engagement/adoption

  • Data Benchmarking for future trends/predictive analytics

  • Identify and incorporate new methodologies for evaluating the impact of learning initiatives

  • Establish Data Structure criteria for consistent minimal learning standards

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex findings and analysis to a business audience; strong data visualization skills

  • Manage continuous improvement based on data insights

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Required:

  • 7-11 Years’ experience in learning, measurement and evaluation is required; within the Health Care industry, HR, and/or learning and development is preferred

  • Experience with data management/architecture

  • Demonstrated ability to structure analyses, problem-solve complex issues, and clearly communicate research, insights, and implications to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Experience designing and executing performance metric or KPI scorecard programs

  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

  • Able to manage competing priorities and communicate expectations.

  • Expertise with SAS, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and other relevant software.

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
