onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation of onsemi technologies and strategies at the East Fishkill (EFK) 300mm wafer fab. The selected individual will be part of the EFK Technology Development organization responsible for managing projects that “move the needle” on new manufacturing opportunities. This will include working with Development, Design, Test, Integration, Device, Yield, Process, and Equipment engineering experts to ensure new processes and technologies meet success criteria requirements to ensure performance, yield, and reliability levels needed for competitive production are achieved. The role will be involved in driving new technology development, transfers of existing technology from other wafer fabrication facilities, and business process improvement projects relating to New Product/Technology Introduction. A key part of this role will be working with and influencing the direction of diverse teams from all areas of the company, including Fab, OSAT, BU, & Central Eng’ IC’s & project leaders. The goal of this position is to add coordination, collaboration, and focus to ensure timely manufacturing readiness to support seamless ramp to volume in the EFK 300mm wafer fab. The selected individual is additionally responsible for ensuring that documentation is complete and consistent with onsemi’s Transfer, Development / Acquisition procedures.
