Regular, Part-Time (50% FTE), Limited-Term (not to exceed twelve (12) months in duration), RCUH Non-Civil Service position with the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM), Hawaii/Pacific Basic Area Health Education Center (AHEC), located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Telework (from employees residence

state within Maui) may be permissible subject to review and approval by Principal Investigator and RCUH. Continuation of employment is dependent upon program/operational needs, satisfactory work performance, availability of funds, and compliance with applicable Federal/State laws.
MONTHLY SALARY: $2,051.40/Mon. (@50% FTE)
DUTIES:
Assists AHEC Director and Associate Director with collecting and processing data related to telehealth visits, assist administering mental health surveys to patients, and assisting in the preparation of detailed reports for publication and progress reporting. Has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse data sets in a research-focused environment. Assists with the collection of data on the number of telehealth visits from various healthcare systems or platforms. Assists in the process data to accurately collect Alice numbers and other relevant metrics. Helps maintain a thorough and organized database of telehealth visits, ensuring accurate tracking and data integrity. Assists in administer mental health surveys to telehealth patients, ensuring privacy and compliance with research protocols. Assists in the coordination of healthcare providers to facilitate the distribution of surveys in a timely manner. Follows up with patients as needed to ensure survey completion and accurate responses. Helps analyze collected data and prepare summaries, including trends in telehealth visits and mental health assessments. Helps prepare comprehensive reports for publication, detailing findings, methodologies, and conclusions. Assists in progress reporting by generating periodic updates for stakeholders and team members.

equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Up to one (0-1) year of experience in work related to health workforce research.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge
of
native
Hawaiian
culture
and
Healthcare Workforce in Hawaii.
ABILITIES and SKILLS
Ability to communicate orally and in writing and to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions. Must know basic functions of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
