Job Summary: Edible Arrangements Manoa Marketplace is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member. This is a full-time or part-time,  hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful and delicious arrangements, boxes, platters and boards for our guests. We also provide ongoing training and opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing exceptional customer service at all times. 2. Create and assemble arrangements, dip fruit in chocolate, and assemble other products according to company standards and guidelines. 3. Ensure the freshness and quality of all products and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. 4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 5. Process orders and handle cash/credit transactions accurately. 6. Communicate with customers and resolve any complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner. 7. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products. 8. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable work environment. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Prior customer service and/or food industry experience preferred but not required. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Punctuality and reliability are a must. 6. Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
