- Ensures safe working conditions
- Overall project planning, scheduling, budget, billing, organizing and controlling
- Reviews contract
- Negotiates with vendors and subs
- Controls manpower and equipment requirements on jobs
- Monthly projections
- Monthly Cpm Schedule
- Conducts weekly team meetings
- Cost report update
- Keep good relationships with clients
- PE duties when a PE is not assigned
