About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the position of a Floater NA/CNA at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a Floater Caregiver, you will play a versatile role, providing crucial care and support for our senior clients. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to be available at any time when assigned. If you possess a valid driver's license and have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare/medical field, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Assisting clients with their personal care needs, ensuring their comfort and preserving their dignity * Helping clients manage their medications by providing reminders and support * Closely monitoring clients' health and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing supervisor * Maintaining accurate records of all provided care and documenting any observations or concerns * Providing companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear to clients, promoting their well-being * Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and running errands * Creating a safe and clean environment that promotes the overall safety and well-being of clients * Effectively and professionally communicating with clients, their families, and the healthcare team * Being flexible and available to work at varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Driving to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities * Performing a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client * Quickly adapting to changing schedules and responsibilities to provide the best possible care Requirements: * Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii * Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting * Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule * Demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills * Have the ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize tasks * Successfully complete a background check and drug screening * Possess a strong work ethic and exhibit dependability * Be capable of adapting to various tasks and environments * Have outstanding communication skills Benefits: * Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week, regardless of the actual number of hours worked * Competitive salary and comprehensive health insurance coverage If you would like more details about this position, please call 808-207-8558.
