Opportunity to join a growing, locally owned organization. Cookie manufacturing facility looking for someone with2 + years leadership experienceandstrong mechanical/electrical knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years maintenance lead or supervisor experience, preferably in food facility setting
• Considerable knowledge of project management with strong judgment and decision making abilities
• Strong mechanical and electrical competency. Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits and PLCs
• Able to routinely lift 40lbs and occasionally lift/maneuver up to 60lbs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fostering a sense ofteamworkandcollaborationin cultivating a culture aligned with HCC Values
• Oversee maintenance of facilities. Supervises a team of maintenance technicians, guiding effective maintenance, improvements, installations, repairs, and safe operations of equipment/technology
• Supervise employee performance/work quality, identify areas of opportunity, provide constructive feedback and set expectations
• Develop, monitor, and maintain preventative maintenance program from annual and long-range planning
