Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care for residents, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort. This includes assisting with personal care, monitoring health, facilitating recreational activities, and maintaining a clean and organized living space. Responsibilities: * Provide assistance to residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. * Monitor residents' physical and mental health, promptly reporting any changes to the supervising nurse. * Offer emotional support and engage residents in recreational activities. * Observe and record residents' vital signs, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the nurse. * Maintain clean and organized living spaces, assisting with laundry as needed. * Follow safety and infection control protocols for the well-being of residents. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans for residents. Requirements: * Valid CNA certification from an accredited program. * Minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare or senior care facility. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $20 to $22 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
