Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu. As a Full Time Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized and quality care to seniors in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. This individual contributor role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position in the healthcare/medical field with a pay range of $16 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Along with competitive compensation, we also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and career growth opportunities within the franchise industry.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Provide daily living assistance to seniors, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. • Assist with meal preparation and feeding. • Administer medication according to client’s care plan. • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry. • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation. • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. • Report any changes in client’s condition or behavior to the supervisor. • Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety measures, and policies. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1-year experience in caring for seniors, preferably in a home care setting. • Certification in CPR and First Aid. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
