Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of a Floater NA/CNA at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a Floater Caregiver, you will play a versatile role, providing crucial care and support for our senior clients. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to be available at any time when assigned. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with their personal care needs, ensuring their comfort and preserving their dignity. * Help clients manage their medications by providing reminders and support. * Monitor clients' health closely and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor. * Maintain accurate records of all care provided and document any observations or concerns. * Provide companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear to clients, promoting their well-being. * Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and running errands. * Create a safe and clean environment that promotes the overall safety and well-being of clients. * Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and the healthcare team. * Be flexible and available to work at varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Drive to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities. * Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. * Quickly adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities to provide the best possible care. Requirements: * Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii. * Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. * Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule. * Demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills. * Have the ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize tasks. * Successfully complete a background check and drug screening. * Possess a strong work ethic and show dependability. * Be capable of adapting to various tasks and environments. * Have outstanding communication skills.
