  • Position Summary*

The Crew Planner position is responsible for efficient creation of monthly crew schedules while minimizing crew costs. This position reports to the Director of Pilot Planning or Flight Attendant Planning, as assigned.

  • Key Responsibilities*

  • Creates monthly trip groupings for assigned fleet

  • Assists in monthly Pilot & In-Flight Preferential Bidding System (PBS) process

  • Generates scheduled reports and performs scenario analysis

  • Updates and maintains the Crew Scheduling CrewTrac system

  • Assists in monthly headcount requirements

  • Assists in daily and annual Pilot & In-flight vacation bidding and award

  • Coordinate and schedule IOE/Line Checks

  • ** Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum Requirements*

  • High school diploma or equivalent education

  • 2 years scheduling / planning / coordinating experience

  • Proficient in Windows Word/Excel/Outlook

  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communications skills

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • Exhibit strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills

  • Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision within established guidelines

  • ** Able to work a varied shift schedule when required

/ Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidate's experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. The expected pay range is $49,000 - $62,000./
