Lockheed Martin Aircraft Shift Lead, F-22 - Level 4 in Honolulu, Hawaii

Description: What You Will Be Doing

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Hickam, HI. Some of the job requirements include but are not limited to:

-Must be competent in and able to lead others through performing the duties listed below.

- Monitor, Train and accomplish F-22 Low Observable coatings duties to include removal and restoration and repair of LO materials.

- Certified at spraying F22 LO materials utilizing HVLP spray equipment in accordance with Blue prints and process specifications.

- Assign and Monitor job duties of T4,T3 technicians and

verifies work is accomplished SAFELY per LM Blueprint , TOD ( IMIS) and process specifications.

- Identify and Mitigate corrosion and performs minor structural and composite repairs IAW with TOD or AR's.

- Able to identify, remove and install required aircraft panels to facilitate LO and structural repairs on aircraft.

- Ensure aircraft work packages reflect work being accomplished on aircraft.

- Work closely with FSE, SSR's QA to facilitate processing of AR's or QA incident reports.

- Work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.

- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Must acquire an Interim Secret clearance prior to start

Physical Demands:

- Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms.

- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience on F22 LOW Observable System

- Certified to spray LO materials to a specified mil thickness utilizing HVLP spray equipment.

- Must be willing and able to both take direction

from production supervisors and make effective decision in

the execution of the daily assignments.

- Candidate must have at least 5 years of 5th

Generation Fighter Aircraft (F-22 and F-35)

- Candidate must have held a 5 or 7 Skill level

USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS discipline

rating or an equivalent Airframe and Power

Plant, FAA certificate.

- Candidate must be able to lift 50 LBS. Ability to climb up and down ladders and aircraft stands. And agility to inspect and accomplish job task at different positions and heights.

- Must be able to hold an active security clearance

Desired Skills:

- Previous roles of leadership

- F-22 experience

- Low Observable Coatings application experience

and desire and ability to train team members.

- Knowledgeable of Tool Control, IMIS, FOD, Supply,

HAZMAT, Training, Quality, and Security

programs.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
