Description

We are in search of an Accounting Clerk, who will play a pivotal role in the Property Management industry operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Accounting Clerk will be entrusted with tasks such as account reconciliation, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.

• Execute account reconciliation tasks to maintain accuracy in financial data.

• Handle billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform data entry tasks related to accounting and financial processes.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for record keeping and financial reporting.

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Employ accounting software for property management tasks and financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Comfortable with Billing procedures, including the creation and sending of invoices

• Able to efficiently perform Data Entry tasks, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experienced in Invoice Processing, including verifying and recording invoices accurately

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas and generate reports
