Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) as part of Citi's Services business, provides award-winning integrated cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, SME/ MMEs, payment intermediaries and eCommerce marketplaces, and public sector organizations across the world.
The TTS business across both clusters in Asia - Japan, Asia North & Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) provides market-leading capabilities and solutions, to build and develop deep client relationships across 16 markets. This role sits within the Payments product in TTS and located out of Hong Kong

The Payments business is comprised of globally centralized WorldLink payments business, in-country Cross-border Funds Transfer (CBFT) business, Domestic Payments and Commercial Cards business, amongst a few others - offering our clients fully digital, innovative and integrated solutions for their treasury and commercial needs
Job Description
Role Overview
Program Management role, reporting to Payments Business Execution (Management) lead. Objective of the role is to work on a portfolio of strategic deliverables for TTS Payments in Asia (JANA & AS clusters). The role includes establishing governance and execute deliverables for assigned projects, as well as establishing, championing and executing best practices. The portfolio of work will include product, country, cluster specific programs as part of the broader business execution team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution including establishing governance frameworks, cadence around delivery of strategic projects, run allocated BoW, coordinate with all internal stakeholders including global partners, Tech, Sales teams, country/ cluster product teams.
Work with Business Execution within COO team and other stakeholders to manage regional regulatory tech investment slate process and tech council disciplines.
Partner with broader services team as Payments lead, for cross-business initiatives such as Data Localization projects, Data Onshoring projects (CN, HK), etc
Be pragmatic, disciplined and diligent in ensuring we deliver to our commitments
Define key milestones, tracking and monitoring of activities and ensure expectation management of all stakeholders.
Bring a risk mindset to program delivery, ensuring risk highlighted, documented, rated and addressed accordingly
Be a leader in COO office, coaching other team members
Partner with Payments Asia and global partners to bring projects to life
Take lead in establishing and driving initiatives from concept to execution and driving outcomes
Knowledge/ Experience
Minimum 8+, ideally 10+ years’ experience in a related role with extensive experience in business project management.
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Successful track record in leading change management, establishing & executing program governance
Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights and prioritize and influence actions in a highly matrixed, large corporate environment
Must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders such as sponsors, senior management, project managers, project team members, and other program stakeholders Must have an experience of complex project management
Must be strong in managing program’s scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and integration/change management aspects
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Experienced influencer of outcomes
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluency in English
Program management qualifications preferred but not essential
Experience and knowledge across components of transaction banking solutions preferred (e.g. operations, client delivery, technology, relationship management, and/or business management)
