With our continued growth in Hong Kong and exciting new products launches planned, our high-performing Trauma & Spine sales team is expanding and we now have a great opportunity for a Sales professional to join us as Territory Supervisor. If you are driven and passionate about making the Hong Kong healthcare landscape better, join us and scale new heights together!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop expert knowledge across the Trauma & Spine product range

  • Carry out sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals, including attending cases to provide product technical support to customers

  • Develop and maintain close network of relationships with customers

  • Identify market-specific needs, trends and business development opportunities to strengthen Stryker's market share.

  • Support the Sales Manager to formulate the sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategy.

  • Input into insights on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis

  • Compile and analyze customers' feedback to drive for quality of service and to expand business portfolio.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Between 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in the medical device industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or other Science related fields.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management/negotiation skills.

  • Results driven and goal oriented.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functional groups.
