You will be joining our Operational Key Account team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to execute our business strategy by minimizing operational risk + operating costs whilst optimizing service delivery and profits across the region. You will do this in close collaboration with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To build, empower + inspire a high performing team.

• Responsible for order management of ISC team in Asia Pacific and collaborate with national members on account operation.

• Responsible for standard procedure, KPI driving, and data management in order to improve the sales portfolio.

• To develop + maintain strong, trust based relationships with the client + internal stakeholders.

• To enable team to deliver against operational commitments + development plans.

• To ensure audit program governance + maturity while ensuring improvement plans are documented + delivered against.

• To proactively participate in business reviews + ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.

• To drive standardization and scalability of operational processes + control environments.

• To translate structural/recurring issues + risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of newsystems, processes, controls, training, policies + facilities.

• To act as support to projects + initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations + product/systemdevelopment.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Your proven track record in leadership + focus on operational excellence along with your strong communication skills +customer focus approach will be key to your success.

• You have been selected for this role because of your knowledge across our operations + services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for in this role.

• It is required the candidate who is skilled for the sea freight or quite familiar with the business models of freight forwarding, etc.

• It is preferred who had supply chain on education background

• It is preferred who are familiar with Tabluau, powerBI, and tools of digitalization or data visualization

• It is required fluent English speaking, Chinese is a preferred language.
