Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the on-site property management team and service contractors to oversee the day-to-day operation

  • Support the daily operations of the Facilities Management team in soft services, including repairs and maintenance, cleaning and security services

  • Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients

  • Ensure compliance of internal procedures, client and legal requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines, etc.

  • Prepare management budget and cost control documentation

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Property Management/Housing Studies/ Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Property Management / Hospitality. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

  • Can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • Good written English in FM operation related documents
