Job Responsibilities
Perform Quantity Surveying duties to support the project management team in handling /managing budget and estimate costs of projects, contractual issues, budgeting, tendering, etc.
Manage & monitor fitting-out projects, ensuring compliance with the company standards and statutory requirements;
Supervise the testing and commissioning of fit-out/building services installations;
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards and prepare site report in respect of the progress, quality and safety of the project(s);
Monitor the project(s) safety performance, ensure compliance with safety regulations
Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on project(s) and keep monitoring prepare project trackers regularly;
Supervise & manage the performance of vendors, sub-contractors and internal staff;
Prepare project documentations, regular reports & presentations;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Higher Diploma and above in Building Studies, Quantity Surveying related discipline
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of QS or Project Management experience.
Experience in handling ASD Fitout project and familiar with ASD Schedule of Rates will be preferrable.
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, self-driven and vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
