What is in it for you: The Interior Designer work on concepts, design and design & build projects for across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capability. You will be primarily responsible for all conventional aspects of creative and technical design of projects, as well as conduct evaluation, adaptation, and modification of standard design for an enjoyable spatial experience.

What you will do in this role:
Day to day responsible for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements, budget parameters, and coordinating project documentation.
Engage and contribute to the development of the initial phases of design, including evaluating client needs, programming and space planning.
Develop 2D and 3D design including views, renderings, illustrations and presentationsthat connect to concept stories and envisioned spatial experience
Expand and grow inhouse design capability and project range with the team.
Implement established design schedule and ensure milestone reviews
Coordinates with Project Managers, outside consultants, engineer disciplines and other disciplines
Select and specify products, materials, finishes, furnishings, artwork, accessories, and plants
Engage inreviewing and markingconstruction and furniture drawings and specifications
Assist on expanding scope and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Exercise independent judgement in evaluating, selecting and applying standard design techniques and procedures
Daily contact with the client for project design related matters, manage client requests to ensure we are providing an exemplary service and assist with building client relations
Provide assistance such as technical guidance and training to co-workers where necessary
Assist with submittal reviews and RFI responses during the construction administration phase
Assist on CBRE proprietary design and planning tools as necessary
Assist with development of marketing pursuits and other collateral as necessary
Required Knowledge & Skills
Design background (architecture, interior design, workplace design) with substantial experience with workplace interiors, design, and design & build industry
Advanced experience with FF&E
Experience with team coordination and motivation
Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Adobe suite.
Experience with Revit preferred
