What the day will look like
Developing and executing revenue growth strategy plan to achieve new business targets and expand
client base
Building and maintaining strong and long-standing clients and channel relationship
Work with our business partners on the development of new business. Promote local sales process and
opportunities for clients and prospects including managing revenue pipeline, ensuring inclusion in local
sales campaigns.
Converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the
relevant servicing team with ownership and full responsibility
Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentation as needed, working
with relevant country and regional expertise
Regularly provide updates with respect to changes in local market (i.e. legislation, trends, etc.) including
partnering with communications director to develop risk alerts and other materials as appropriate
Identify, recommend & lead implementation of process improvement measures to increase overall
effectiveness of the business
Drive initiatives organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time

Skills and experience that will lead to success
15 years experience in broking account servicing General Insurance experience
5 years of team management track record of leading a small to mid-size team
Experience in across Affinity, Partnership or Insurance Scheme is a nice-to-have
Good knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues
Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance
Bachelors or above in business or related disciplines
