Consultant/ Senior Consultant, Human Capital Advisory

What the day will look like
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective human capital solutions to clients across our key industry portfolio of financial services. You will combine your banking industry knowledge with professional expertise across human capital management to help clients make better decisions. You will help support our growing practice in Hong Kong and be a key member of the banking community practice within Asia Pacific.
You will be supported by a team of client-focused and commercially savvy analysts and consultants with deep industry expertise. Together you will collaborate to design, enhance and maintain best fit people strategy and programs for clients across financial services.
As a Senior Consultant, you will provide technical and project management leadership on diverse and complex human capital issues across the banking sector, as well as champion professional excellence. You will also play an integral role in supporting the financial services practice group leader in developing and executing our go to market strategy.
Developing best in class content, including core methodologies across executive remuneration, employee reward and incentive design
Collaborate with practice leaders to customise content for industry relevance
Collaborate with other subject matter experts to integrate solutions to address client needs across our human capital solutions practice and broader People Solutions business
Develop and grow technical capability in Human Capital Solutions Advisory
Provide technical and strategic advice to Board and C-Suite stakeholders on complex people issues across industries

We help our clients drive business performance and manage risk through people. You would be joining a team of +130 people who are trusted advisors to boards and management across an array of specialist areas including governance, executive and broad-based reward strategy, incentive plan design, pay equity, compensation data, analytics and insights, people analytics, talent assessment, employee benefits, well-being, wealth solutions, workers compensation and employee health & safety.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in banking or broad financial services and 10+ years experience in a similar hand’s-on consulting role
Professional expertise in people strategy, employee rewards design and implementation. Desire and motivation to manage client relationships
Ability to develop conclusions and fact-based advice from data and analytics
Ability to provide advice that is technically sound and strategically aligned to the client’s organisational and people strategy
Experience advising Board and C-Suite stakeholders, with experience in remuneration governance desired
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to coach and develop teams
