Description and Requirements
Join our team as a Company Secretary Intern and gain hands-on experience in company secretarial work. You will support our company secretarial team in various tasks, providing a valuable opportunity to learn about corporate governance and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and filing of company documents, including board minutes and resolutions.
Support in maintaining and updating company records and registers.
Help organize and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and requirements.
Provide administrative support for company secretarial functions, such as scheduling and correspondence.
Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required by the team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional environment.
