AON Associate Director - Growth & Delivery in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Aon is currently recruiting an Associate Director - Growth & Delivery to join our team in Hong Kong.

What the day will look like

Growth and Sales

  • Generate profitable sales for all lines, though

  • Develop and execution of a defined sales strategy

  • Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the Large Market

  • Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the Account Management Teams

  • Develop cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients’ needs

  • Lead and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant expertise

  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling activities in the Large Market, including where appropriate the introduction of Aon United colleagues/services

    Operational Excellence

  • Follow the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect

  • Contribute, as required, to Health Solutions initiatives & leadership forums

    Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with the leadership of Growth and DAU Leader that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.

  • Collaboration of Human Capital Consultancy and Corporate Risks Solutions

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Native Fluent Mandarin and English

  • Consultative Risk Management

  • Experience in Stated Owned Enterprises and Complex Clients
