Johnson Controls Assistant Project Manager, Fire Services in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
What you will do
This person will join the Fire Service project team in Hong Kong. He/she will monitor and supervise installation activities and make sure the projects are completed on time & within budget. Also ensure the design and installation of Fire Service equipment’s are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.
How you will do it
Responsible for overall control and monitor in Fire Services project
Manage and handle Fire Services projects management
Responsible for submission and review the comment from consultant and clients
Liaise with sub-contractor for on-site progress and to ensure the workmanship in according to contract standard
Responsible for tender submission, cost estimation and equipment review, experience in tendering the government job is definitely advantage
What we look for
Required
Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
With a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in fire system project management
Knowledge in International Building Code is a must
Good command of spoken and written English
Familiar with Fire Codes and Standards
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and site supervision skills
Strong organizing, planning ability with problem solving skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
Preferred
Grade I Licensed Plumber
Class 3 Registered Fire Services Installation Contractors
