Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including ATL, BTL, social media, and paid ads, to drive penetration to the card base and to achieve acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Take the lead in managing new initiatives and enhancements for the digital insurance platform, including UAT and creating test cases.

  • Collaborate closely with partners to manage and maintain the general insurance product shelf. This includes developing new products and revamping existing ones to meet the needs of card members and optimize product profitability.

  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities and products to strengthen the product portfolio.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance partners, to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing campaigns and other business initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and support to the wider insurance team on marketing and product-related projects.

  • Develop and deliver business proposals and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance product and marketing within the insurance or bancassurance industry.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Strong project planning and execution skills, with experience managing multiple marketing campaigns within tight timelines. Ideally, you should have experience executing campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL, social media, SEM/SEO, and paid ads.

  • Experience in managing creative and media agencies.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, acquisition strategies, and performance dashboards or tools is advantageous.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Chinese).

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficient in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
