Summary
- The Access Control & Badging Specialist provides customer service and records/database management.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
Provides exceptional customer service support.
Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the public.
Operates video monitoring equipment and records/database management.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience with a DOD and/or government federal agencies and familiarity with adjudication process for security clearances.
One (1) year of experience providing customer service and records/database management in a DoD environment.
Must have a working knowledge of DoD Enterprise Architecture framework (i.e., SIPR, NIPR).
Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to use a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
