Randstad US Programmatic Media Manager - Talent Marketing in Home based/remote within the UK, United Kingdom
Are you passionate about reaching and engaging talent across the globe? Do you know your DSPs from your SSPs? In this role, you will lead the global team in charge of programmatic media, planning digital campaigns, targeting & tracking, and supporting search, display, traditional, and wider digital marketing activities that promote our client’s brands and roles.
We are growing as a talent marketing team focusing on contributing to our company and clients' employer branding and media transformation. Our team comprises experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. We work within a very flexible work environment with clear responsibilities on output, but also a lot of room for creativity and innovative ideas. Our final goal is to hire more, hire faster, and hire cost-effectively.
What will you do?
Takes ownership of the programmatic and performance media team (5) and their professional development
The day-to-day running of our Programmatic Job Ad Distribution platform (Joveo) and additional relevant vendor relations
Provides guidance and insight to the Talent Marketing Delivery Team on programmatic and digital media best practices
Works with stakeholders, vendors and media teams to identify, design and manage omnichannel performance strategies and campaigns including pricing
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to make recommendations to adjust strategies for optimisation and improvements
Channel and website tagging to monitor marketing effectiveness
Advise and lead all integration with ATS and publishers with ad platforms e.g Joveo and Indeed
Governance and Quality Assurance of digital campaigns and regular monthly business reporting
Coordinates with Client Partners to align attraction and performance campaigns with client objectives
Support technology improvement to offer a seamless experience for talent and increase the operational effectiveness of recruitment marketing, media and digital campaigns - reducing overall reliance on job boards and LinkedIn licences
Manage budget and track campaign spending pacing to ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly budget caps are met
What, will you bring?
Experienced in managing high-performing internal teams working across multiple global brands
Experience in using, and a solid understanding of, programmatic job platforms such as Joveo, SFX, or Appcast
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to set longer-term goals and develop actionable plans
Highly proactive and excellent multitasking skills, with strong programme management skills - well-organised, obsessive attention to detail, data-driven, and able to oversee delivery in line with set project deadlines
Deep expertise in digital marketing, media and reporting - the ability to build an integrated marketing campaign end-to-end
High level of awareness across Google Ads, paid social, and CRM platforms
Excellent command of English language and communication skills
Proficient in the use of the Google Suite of applications (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Experience in talent marketing/recruitment marketing either in an agency or in-house setting
Google Ads and/or META Certifications are desirable
