Clinician - Masters PT Job Category: Clinical Requisition Number: CLINI005028 Part-Time Holyoke, MA 010403211, USA Job Details Description CHD Holyoke Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic is hiring Fee for Service clinicians as we expand our hours into evenings and Saturdays. We serve mostly adults and transitional aged youth, and we are expanding our services to include more children and families. This team provides outpatient individual therapy, group therapy and psychiatry services. The clinical focus is trauma-informed and person centered. CHD will provide training in Motivational Interviewing, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and in various trauma focused modalities. We offer individual supervision, a plus for those who are accruing hours for licensure in both mental health counseling and social work. Requirements: Master\'s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field. LCSW, LICSW or LMHC strongly preferred. Experience with individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish individuals encouraged to apply. Salary: FFS rate of pay \$36 - \$50 per unit, based on productivity, licensure and years of experience. FFS staff are paid for supervision, CHD required training, and staff meetings.
