The Product Management team is responsible for determining Zebra’s product offerings and driving development, launch, and adoption of product to positively impact the customer’s’ experience and market share. You will be working with the Scan Engine Portfolio. Zebra scan engines offer flexible integration and rapid product development to our OEM customers.

This is a Hybrid position. Minimum 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Through general knowledge of market, competitive landscape, customer requirements, distribution channels and Zebra offerings defines requirements for assigned product(s) and/or solutions (s).

  • Contributes to development and presentation of routine business cases by completing supportive research and other tasks under the supervision of senior team members.

  • Supports Sr. Product Manager in executing product lifecycle activities for assigned product lines

  • Recommends complete or partial offer definitions that cross business units.

  • Leads team as Product Manager following the PLM process to develop product(s) and/or solution(s) validating feature and functional requirements are met.

  • Executes the beta site process, with guidance from Sr. Product Manager, by identifying customer targets, developing, implementing and monitoring plan. Presents results to development and senior team members.

  • Participates and/or leads product launch activities as member of cross functional team. Tasks include SKU setup, ROI model creation, marketing collateral input and feedback, conducting training and webinars.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business or Technical Engineering related)

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Product Management or Engineering experience in Enterprise video, camera or imaging related technology

  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications – Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Previous experience presenting to internal customers.

Preferred:

  • Strong attention to detail/quality

  • Strong process adherence

  • Intermediate Market knowledge in assigned category

  • Intermediate business analyst skills to analyze project related data sets.

  • Customer service values/orientation

  • Strong professional work behaviors- attendance, teamwork, time management, follow through)

  • Demonstrates good judgement in decision making, applies knowledge and experience to guide decisions.

  • Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred.

  • Strong business acumen

Salary: USD 73400.00 - USD 110200.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
