As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve service quality. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and work closely with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.We believe that outstanding customer service is the backbone of our success, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement CSR strategies aligned with the company's values and goals.

  • Program Management: Manage CSR programs and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively executed and monitored.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including community organizations, employees, and government agencies, to enhance CSR efforts.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on CSR activities, measuring impact and outcomes against set goals and KPIs.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for CSR programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Communication: Develop and disseminate communication materials that highlight CSR initiatives and their impact.

  • Compliance: Ensure all CSR initiatives comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Training and Awareness: Educate employees about CSR initiatives and encourage participation in community engagement activities.
