Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Perform general ledger reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including the review of invoices and preparation of billing statements

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• Analyze financial data and trends to assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting the external audit team

Skills

• AP (4 years of experience is required)

• AR (4 years of experience is required)

• Vendor Management (4 years of experience is required)

• Billing (4 years of experience is required)

• Reconciliations (4 years of experience is required)

• Financial Reporting (4 years of experience is required)

• Coding/Batching (4 years of experience is required)
